A quick quick web design/development tip. Brainstorm provided by a colleague.
It is always true that one should test the site in Firefox before tweaking it for Internet Explorer (IE). From experience and the short chat with my colleague, I can confirm that I have noticed that Firefox adheres more to standards and is more compatible with IE. Therefore, if the web design elements work in Firefox, it will most likely also work in IE. Do not do the converse i.e. design and test for IE and then try to adapt the site for Firefox.
PS: And do not ignore Firefox users, we are a growing force.
