Firstly, a belated Happy New Year to all.

Secondly, I have been having so much computer-related problems with my home PC as well as the office laptop. It is not even funny. Additionally, work and all other personal aspects of life have been super busy. Note to self: Rant about this soon.

Lastly, before I end up ranting about my computer woes, I should share something that I found to be useful for all computer users. It is called Workrave (thanks LifeHacker) and is a Windows/Linux application to help prevent RSI or Repetitive Strain Injury due to long sessions at our computers. WorkRave allows you to take a break from your computer and you’d be doing your eyes, back, hands and shoulders a favour by following the suggested exercises.

Download it at Workrave Download.
