So it is OFFICIAL, Google is almost human i.e. bound to make mistakes. Its Custom Search Blog was temporarily deleted and taken over by someone outside of the company. This happened because Google had wrongly identified its own blog as spam blog (so much for automation) and gave control over to a person identified as [...]
There is an interesting talk on Google Video by Luis von Ahn. He talks about using games like ESP Game and Peek-A-Boom to label images to make image searches more efficient and accurate.
However, the thing that struck me the most was how spammers break CAPTCHA.
